What’s New:

• Added support for using a handheld barcode scanner to validate packages before completing a request, in addition to the device camera
  • Added Camera and Scanner toggle buttons to the header of the Validate Items page that allow the user to switch between scanning methods
  • The Package Validation section in Mailroom > Settings is now available to all companies rather than only companies with label printing enabled
• Changed the behavior of Auto-Send so eligible items are sent based on each operator’s activity rather than activity across the entire mailroom
  • Updated the text for the Auto-Send settings in Mailroom > Settings > Auto-Send to reflect the change in behavior

What’s New:

• Adjusted the appearance of the Sort By button on the Receive page and the Storage Groups page to improve usability

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue on the Storage Groups page where sorting storage groups by Name (A–Z) or Name (Z–A) sorted them in the order opposite the one selected
• Fixed a visual issue with the Auto-Assign ID option in the Recipient Reference Format field dropdown in Mailroom > Settings > Location ID Format
• Fixed an issue on the Storage Groups page where the storage group names would not update until the page was refreshed after changing the Recipient Reference Format field to Auto-Assign ID

• Added the ability to sort storage groups by name or date created on the Storage Groups page
• Added a Contents filter to the Filters drawer on the Storage Groups page

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where long storage group names would sometimes cause improper formatting of the cards on the Storage Groups page
• Fixed a visual inconsistency that occurred when clicking on a storage group card on the Storage Groups page

• Fixed an issue where members of a group selected to receive notifications would not receive reminder notifications when items were assigned to the group
• Fixed an issue where the Received By filter on the Receive page did not properly filter the list of receive sessions
• Fixed an issue where the Additional Options section of the Mark as Picked Up dialog incorrectly displayed a notification switch instead of comment controls

• Fixed an issue where the ability to complete pickup for multiple mail items at once was unavailable in certain circumstances

• Fixed an issue where some companies without label printing enabled had package validation enabled by default without the ability to disable it
• Fixed an issue where the timezone setting of some companies didn’t match the actual timezone of the mailroom, causing inconsistencies when filtering by date

• Fixed an issue where the popover menu on the Pending Requests page displayed an option labeled Deliver instead of Validate Item when both proof of delivery and package validation were enabled when the user went to complete a Deliver request
